Hypertension Care presents a comprehensive digital guide that is grounded in extensive research related to blood pressure management. The app integrates personal diary entries for blood pressure and other vital parameters with a robust blood pressure knowledge library, offering tailored advice and evaluations.

The Hypertension.App has been developed in collaboration with the Hypertension Center Munich and Prof. Dr. med. Martin Middeke. All recommendations are aligned with the latest research findings and adhere to the guidelines set forth by the European Society of Hypertension (2018).

<li>Reminders: Recognizing the importance of regular blood pressure monitoring for those affected by hypertension, Prof. Middeke recommends measuring blood pressure soon after waking. The subscription to Hypertension.App Premium is priced at €6.99 per month, €14.99 per quarter, or €44.99 per year. Upon upgrading, charges will be processed through the user's iTunes account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period; management options are accessible in the App Store settings post-purchase.
